"David was our inspector. He arrived on time and was ao knowledgeable and approachable. I had so many questions as the property we have a contract on has 2 heritage overlays and is 100 years old. Substantial recent building works to the sub floor had me concerned and David stepped me through the entire repair process. He went out of his way to make sure I understood all of the issues with the property and relayed them in an easy to understand way. He gave me so many suggestions and ideas and the official report was in my inbox within 24 hours.
