I engaged iSPECT Building inspection for a building condition and pest inspection to determine if there were any structural defects or pest infestations in an apartment I intend to purchase in Swanston street, Carlton. The inspection and report was completed within the week. The report is thorough and well presented. The inspector picked up on minor defects and gave advice on how to fix them. I did not have to attend the inspection, and access to the building was arranged with the real estate agent without my assistance. Communication with administration was fast and simple. It was all a very easy and convenient transaction. The service was so quick an easy I couldn't recommend iSPECT more highly.
